Quality

We strive for our quality system to meet the requirements of clients, ensuring that expectations be always exceeded.

In 2001, Stigma UAB implemented quality management system according to requirements of ISO 9002 standard, and in 2003 this quality system has been changed by EN ISO 9001:2000.
In the same year environmental quality system EN ISO 14001 (1996-10) was implemented, in 2005 being recertified to quality management system EN ISO 14001 – 2005.

JSC "stigma" accomplished re-certification audit in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 and EN ISO 14001:2004 in September 2009. The audit results are positive, the certificate validity extended for the next 3 years.

From the beginning of year 2008 JSC "Stigma" works in accordance with ISO / TS 16949 "Quality management systems. Peculiarities of  ISO 9001:2000 requirements implementation in cars and spare parts production organizations" requirements. The certification audits in JSC "Stigma" and subsidiary Stigma-NN were successfully carried out in 2009 December and 2010 January.

Stigma, UAB has all necessary equipment to perform measurements, and test equipment for climate tests. All equipment used in quality section, has valid metrology calibration.

Quality management and environmental management system has been implemented and works in these fields:

Production of various plastic and rubber products for car industry and other branches of industry. Motor transport services. Commercial mediation. Providing of services to enterprises – metal dying by powder dye.
